I am having a hard time finding out what the SOL is for California.
What state are we talking about here?
How to fix? Get a credit card. OK with my pass I'll have to get a secure credit card. Problem. All I see in these Forums are negitive about all the places that issue these cards.

as far as finding their address it should be on your hard pull line if not look them up in google or you can go to forum on credit forum
