In Fall 1993, I was taught how to "low quote" in the Loan Origination class at Cal State Hayward for the California Association of Mortgage Bankers' Certificate Program.

I sent a letter of complaint to the BBB in their corporate office area that then referred it...to California.

This is a desperate move. Secured cards are only recommended when rebuilding from scratch.
