I agree with the above, but I would also tell oc that any nonsense from the ca as far as attempting to collect or reporting on your credit reports will be a violation of Federal bk laws and they will also be liable for any infractions committed by the ca.
Get the address the inquiry came from, and send them a Nonpp letter and send it CRRR.
They responded to my 1st non-pp letter with something like 'if we pulled your credit report it could only have been because one of our clients sent your account to us...'
WITH OR WITHOUT IT I AM GOING FORWARD IT WILL JUST MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN HOW GREAT A PIECE OF PROPERTY I GET
