Ch 7 is 6 months old - I've got some cleaning up to do on my reports, a few charge offs that should be IIBs , which I probably will dispute, but otherwise everything is current. He has one open cc acct, I have 3, all current with low balances.
Is your credit history clear of bankruptcies or seriously delinquent accounts? Yes No
As you can see but trying to save a few pennies you have cost yourself real dollars. Find someone who is compenent and knows what they are doing and pay them what they are worth. In the end this will save you not only dollars but unneeded frustration.
I've been reading about chapter 7, but I'm not finding out much.. like, what are the requirements, etc.. Anyone know where I can find this out? I mean, do you have to owe a certain amount or what?
Does utilization really matter this much?
