This is a request for deletion of a disputed item. I have attempted to have this inaccurate and incomplete reporting verified by the furnisher of information to no avail. I am respectfully requesting that and the furnisher of information directly. I have exhausted all recourses provided for resolution of erroneous information and still the information remains on my consumer report.

Well, I had just pulled a PG report yesterday and saw that many of my EQ disputes updated and removed all derogs except for 1 that had 2 late payments from the fall of '02 . My PG score went from 569 to 671 - but I haven't pulled my FICO yet. I saw Milkmoms post and approval and have had an interest in the card - but my EQ was soooo bad - I didn't apply for anything. I am going to pull my FICO this week - but thought I would just do it for grins. My high limit with any other card had been with CAP 1's toy Plat, and that was $700.00. Of course, I wouldn't or couldn't even think about trying without the help I have gotten here. This will be a bog foot in the door for a big peice of the credit pie. I have learned my lessons and am on the right path now.
