bad credit rebuilder loans

I agree. I would pull copies of my own reports and show them to lenders to get a good idea of programs out there. A decent lender will understand why you don't want to poison your file with unnecessary hard inquiries.

I have a Direct Merchant's Bank account that is in collections with a collections/law firm. When I stopped paying the balance was around $3600. Now, the balance is around $4600.

Should I just send my letter requesting the $1000 now, or should I attempt to send them additional information. They didn't specify what they would need. The only thing I would want to send would be a copy of the credit report showing the inquiry with everything else, including DH's SSN, whited out. Or should I provide them with his SSN?
